⚙️ One-time setup needed

This board syncs live across every laptop using a free Supabase database. Do this once:

1. Create a free project at supabase.com.
2. In the SQL editor, run the schema shown in the SETUP.sql file included alongside this one.
3. Go to Project Settings → API, copy your Project URL and anon public key.
4. Open this HTML file in a text editor, find the CONFIG block near the top of the <script>, and paste them in.
5. Save the file, then upload it to Netlify Drop (free, no signup) to get a shareable link — or just re-share the edited file itself.

Once configured, every employee who opens the link sees the same live board.
